Visual Identity Overview
  • The brand uses colorful, abstract brushstroke motifs and bold sans-serif typography to convey a lively, artistic, and inclusive regional identity. The logo and visual elements emphasize diversity, collaboration, and the natural landscape, with consistent use of vibrant colors and modern layouts across print and digital media.

  • It is important the correct colour formats are used at all times.
  • Following is an outline of the colour references used in each of the approved logo files.
  • The CMYK logo is to be used in all print applications where the 4 colour process is being used.
  • For example: Brochures, press adverts or any commercial 4 colour printing.
  • The PMS logo is to be used in print mediums where the printing process doesn’t allow the CMYK colour system but does allow PMS colour system.

Typography
  • When a set of fonts are used consistently in communications, it further strengthens the brands recognition.
  • Below are our suite of brand fonts that compliment one another and offer contrast and flexibility for the range of communication material the brand will require.
  • MUSEO 300, 500, 700 This is our heading font to be used for the headings in our communications. The bold version (700) is used to highlight a specfic word.
  • Avenir Light, Light Oblique, Book, Book Oblique, Medium, Medium Oblique, Black, Black Oblique This is our body font to be used for the body copy/large areas of text in our communications. The Black version is used to highlight a specfic word.
  • Rogan Winters This is our feature font to be used for the region taglines. This should only be used in lowercase.

  • Unique to Gilgandra is the ‘Coo’ee’ call so with that is mind, our recommendation is to run with the theme of ‘calling’ in the tourism tagline.
