Visual Identity Overview
  • The visual identity centers on the FAO-GIAHS logo block, which combines the FAO logo and GIAHS emblem.   • The primary logo colours are an important part of the logo as they represent gradients of an agricultural landscape. The different colour palette depicted such as FAO blue, green and yellow, represents all agricultural sectors, including forestry, fisheries and aquaculture, underlining all agricultural sectors.

Typography
  • The GIAHS Logotype is built using the Gotham Narrow Family Font. We recommend to use the following font for all the applications of this visual.
  • Primary Typeface: Gotham Narrow Bold - Primarily used in titles and headlines - Can be used to higlight sections of content or as pull quotes - Not used for body copy
  • Primary Typeface: Roboto Light - Primarily bodycopy font - Can be used as sub-head font; often used in ALL-CAPS case - Can be used in most all situations
  • Secondary Typeface: Calibri regular & Calibri Light (used sparingly) - Not to be used as replacement for primary typefaces. - Can be used for items such as subtitles or in “fine print”. - Used only for web implementation of body copy. - Never used in headlines titles or as a primary font.
